I ended up with Dominiques Instead of Barred rocks.

And they have been really friendly!

And really, if anyone asks you questions that you shouldn't be saying to an adult on a forum, you shouldn't say it on the forum at all, because anyone can read/see it.

I really like dominiques and barred rocks! I've heard that the temperament of the dominiques makes up for what they lack in production compared to the barred rocks. Especially in flock politics!

I've also got gold and silver Laced Polish, and Welsummers.

The Dominiques are by far the friendliest!

my well summers are real...not very nice chickens let's just put it that way. I'm really not sure if they will be around for the duration!
I bought my friend a silver laced polish, it got out of the brooder and that didn't end well at all
My best chicken friend is Lemon. She'll be 16 weeks Saturday and squatted for me today. Hoping for my first egg soon, God willing!

My welsummers seem to be fairly middle of the road... Not too nice, but not mean either.

I have 3 Dominiques (2 boys, 1 girl)

One of them puts the Brahma rooster twice his size in place and is the sweetest thing ever. <3

The other one (I swear!) has the freaking devil stuffed in his little body!!!

The hen, is so timid. ;.;
