I can hear a chick chirping at day 18 and it is still chirping at day 19 without pipping yet. I was just wondering how long from when you first hear a chirp does the chick usually start to pip?

In my experiences I remember the chicks starting to pip after about 2-3 days of peeping. If they are on day 19 I would not be concerned. Lots of Luck. Hope this helped.
