Chocolate gene question

I fell in love with chocolate ameruacanas but I can't seem to find any one that sells them.

So I would like to know is there a way I can breed another chocolate chicken breed ( like an orpington) to an ameruacana to achieve this? And how hard will it be to remove the non-ameruacana gene so they will be a standard ameruacana? I am really new on the whole gentic thing but i really would like to give this a try. So I need some help from people that has tried it and accomplish it.

I saw some of those. They came back to Ameraucana body and feathering type but the egg color was lacking- very pale blue. That was a third generation.
