Chocolate hen to mauve roo

I have chocolate or orpington hens, and one mauve rooster that came from my blue hen and chocolate roo..If I bred the mauve to the chocolate would I get a chocolate roo from their offspring?

Mauve rooster bred to chocolate hens would give you 1/2 the cockerel offspring being chocolate.
But a chocolate rooster bred to a blue hen wouldn't give you a mauve rooster.
