Choking ?? Help?

My hen act normal but Everytime she eats which is lay crumble she have like a choking reaction and having a hard time . Other then that she’s normal . Anyone knows what wrong with her and what I should do ?

Check her crop in the morning to see if it's emptying.
Look inside her beak for any lesions or canker.

Is she able to drink well on her own?

I believe so I need to check when she drinks tommorow but she seems normal
But just seem like she’s choking when eating for
Some reason .
