One of my poults is choking! i think she can still breathe, but she has a huge knot of food stuck in the top of her neck. She is about 4 months old and shes living outside. I was feeding them extra unmedicated chick food (they were raised on chick food for the first couple of days until I could get some flock starter) and i noticed a weird lump in her neck. It is almost right under her jaw and i see little bits of it going down her throat after she makes choking motions (like she is gagging). Is she choking? The tom has eating the same amount if not more and he has nothing like this. What should I do?
