Chore Coat Challenge aka: Stuff your coat with your rooster

I shared my biggest boy in my chore coat earlier, here is my smallest he gets cold easily and actually loves getting some coat time. When he's cold he stays completely still and quiet, as he warms up he'll start to talk, and gets louder and louder until he's warmed up then does a mad scramble out of my coat and flies off.

Okay, I just love the Alohas so I feel like now that somebody asked, I just gotta share more and gush about this great breed/landrace/project. So this page:

View attachment 4005479...of an Aloha rooster that's likely quite similar to what Porthos will grow up to look like, to give you a true example of an Aloha rooster instead of my sad Aloha teenager. I'm excited to see him in his full glory.

Alohas in general are beautiful birds, and if you check out the page, you can see some great photos of the variation between different Aloha hens and roosters.

Those are really neat, and no wonder I like them as they are noted as an American version of the Swedish Flower Hen I can see some similarities but also they are definitely different.

Ha! I was actually going to try and get his son Chunk in a coat picture. So maybe I'll do as you did with a father / son rendition of Chonkers and Chunk. I don't need either for breeding but they're both so cute I'm not sure we can part with them. Chonkers for sure is staying, he's such a cool little feller.
