Hello! I just thought of posting a thread hoping that God will use it to His purposes. I hope that God can make this a place for guidance, somewhere we can build one another in Faith, so that we may continue preparing for the coming of the groom, the lamb of God. So it's my prayer that we can-build one another. But please, do not share very private info as this thread is not restricted to certain individuals and that any kind of person can read the replies. So please be discreet(be able to keep your very private info, private).You may share what you have learnt from your walk with God, the works of God upon your life, share but with caution>Wisdom.

One thing I have come to know is very helpful in our walk with God is obedience and trust.If He tells you don't do that will you do it??Do you ignore and go on to do it or do you chose to trust in Him.Look at Numbers 14:40-45. The Israelite went evenif they were warned not to , and they suffered the concequences.How many times have you refused God's warning only to regret later??Share

There is something very delicate that I thank God for showing me. There are those times, where you have worked hard, followed God and yet you did not/never receive what you expected, while else someone else, who knows nothing about God nor Jesus, who may be doesn't even work hard as you.If you were to gauge him in these aspect(true requirements) he is so far down, like your level is high in the heavens while his level is on the deepest bottoms on earth. And yet he still beats you so badly.Yes we all have these moments.The Bible tells us that we shall be overcomers (indeed), but we at times never see it.What I was shown is that one of the few reasons of this may to test you(note this matter is very broad this is just one of the many), to see if you will change your mind about God and start searching for other methods to succeed.Though a bit far fetched we can learn from Abram's story, Genesis 16, we can see that there reached a time that Abraham fell to use his might in order to produce the prophecy that God had declared over his life(have many descendants). But God then removed that which Abraham thought was the answer.This is to tell us even in those moments we should remain faithful to whom who started the work in us. We should there for seek Him even more fervently. Seeking what He says His word.So Let me wrap this up. In those moments, trust in God and keep on working. Don't stop just because of that person.Wait on Him and He will give you your Isaac in due right time (Isaiah 60)

Another troubling thing that is a major challenge today, is the matter of getting attention, being seen, being recognized, by people, teacher, peers, leaders. One thing as a believer, you have the whole heaven on your side! You have God's attention, the king of kings and the Lord of lords! So when you aren't included, know that you are included in the Kingdom of heaven, in the book of life. Never compromise! Never break your principals just to fit in. If your principals are needed to be compromised so as to fit in, know you we never meant for that group. If getting attention becomes an idol in ones heart, it shall become a stumbling block to him/her. Be humble, do not compromise!Psalms 147:6, Matt 23:12, James 4:10. Depend on the Lord, and in due right time, even those who despised you, will honour you.It might take long but (James 1:2-4) count it all joy!
