Are your Christmas lights up yet?

No. But my neighbors are up.

Oh wait,,,,,they never took them down from last year.

Nope, dont know if we are doing lights this year. When we do...it's only a string of isicles that line the front part of the porch which isn't anything.

Although we might do it one of these years for our enjoyment, our farm is so isolated; seems like alot of work just for the enjoyment of the cows.

I put them up before we moved to the boonies. Now there is no one here to see them so why bother with the hassle and the higher electric bill.

we put up christmas lights. Only the regular lights can be up before thanksgiving and the day after the tree and garland and other see able things go up. Still the light never go on till December 1st.

Oh and I forgot. Cows are extremely curious creatures. If the house starts looking different to them, they'll all gang up around the fence to stare for hours. When cows stand in one place too long, what they leave behind is most definitely NOT milk and cookies for santa.
