I am fortunate that I get to stay home and my husband works. Also I have older children 22 to 3. My girls are quite capable of making ornaments, decorating, loading dishes in the dishwasher, folding laundry and helping to whip up a meal. We all work together.

Yupperz that sure does make a big differance when you have older ones and they have enough time and live close enough that you all can work together ! It also makes for precious memories .

I too have kiddos from age 22 - 5 but unfortunately one lives in another state and the oldest has other things going on.

All of my chick are still in the nest. We are home bodies and tend to nest together in winter.

Wow, that's a lot of work! The thought of putting all that stuff away after the holidays..................

But I bet your kids help with that too?! They are beautiful though.

It takes longer to put them up by far than taking them down. We do them together.

i dunno. one tree is enough for my family. but to each his own.
remember though...Jesus is the reason for the season.
sometimes we let commercialism obscure the true reason for the "Holy Days."
Just a thought...
