Chronic respiratory disease, sinus infection or something stuck in throat/nares? Can't tell what's going on and how to start treatment!

Hi everyone. Yesterday, I posted inquiring about could be going on with my almost five year old hen who has been sneezing for about a month now and has seemingly worsened. I'll link the post here so you can read about the symptoms - Yesterday's Post
I appreciated the responses I got yesterday, one in particular who thought that maybe my hen is just experiencing something stuck in her nares and/or throat. After some research on what I could do, I am going to give her a small piece of bread doused in olive oil shortly and see what happens.

I'm new to this community (literally as of yesterday haha) and I trust the people on here, but I have found myself back at a crossroads because I also posted on Reddit and someone who couldn't even see the videos linked in yesterday's post due to technical difficulties (except posted on Reddit) and just saw a pic and said that they thought that my hen for sure has a respiratory disease due to the way her chest is puffed out and seems ruffled. Taking this into consideration, when I was with her today, I do feel like she could have worsened. She seems to be shaking her sneezing more frequently, her head shakes and I think her breathing got worse. It still sounds like a whistle, but when I told her, it sounds more labored and she is open mouth breathing. Not sure if this is just because of the way I was holding her or what, but I'm more concerned now. I know not every symptom may line up, but when reading about chronic respiratory disease/mg, I still feel like there some things that she isn't experiencing, like a runny nose and eyes, swollen face, etc. But who knows maybe she's not at that stage yet and I definitely don't want her to get there.

Here are some videos I took of her today, though not the best. I know you can't really hear her breathing in the second video, but I mostly took it for an up-close shot to see how she's breathing and what her face looks like. See here: Video

I'm just worried and I'm not sure what to do since the treatments are so different. We had a hen go through a bad case of flystrike and probably other things a few months back and she ended up dying and it just affected me more than I thought it would so it's hard to keep my concerns at bay. I appreciate any help, thank you!!!
