Chronic water balloon crop?

My 2 year old EE has been dealing with a water balloon-like crop for about 2 weeks. When I first noticed, it was very pendulous and she was kicking it up with her feet while she walked. I separated her with just water for a day and then just did yogurt and some scrambled egg for a couple days and acv in the water, which seemed to help, but not completely. I thought she smelled sour, forced vomiting one day and got some grass up. Tried 3 days of monostat, which did take away the smell. Now I have her in a crop bra, which seems to help overnight to some degree, but the crop is still not totally empty in the morning. Have also tried olive oil and molasses. She is acting and pooping normally, she just has a water balloon on her chest by afternoon if I don't restrict her food. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated!!!
