Chronic Wry Neck?

You are missing B vitamins in your treatment. Thiamine deficiency can cause wry neck. I have had the best results with using Poultry Cell + Vitamin E for wry neck treatment. Poultry cell has B vitamins including Thiamine and more selenium than an egg. Since it is liquid form you can dose individually orally or dose your whole flock in their waterer. Once she starts showing improvement I would still keep her on the Poultry Cell for 2 weeks (it also has 50iu vitamin e).

No unfortunately Nutridrench does not have b vitamins or selenium like poultry cell does.

I just went to tractor supply and they are out of poultry cell. All they have is poultry booster or vitamin/electrolytes

I'll go to Walmart today to get that. Question. So her wry neck has improved and her posture is correct again, but she basically walks around with her eyes closed. She's eating and drinking but only for a few seconds every now and then. She legit can't hold her eyes open. She was doing that before I started the selenium though so I don't think it's that, but I'm just kind of at a loss on what to do. I still have her inside because I don't want the others to knock her over. But she is basically sleeping 90% of the time.
I do have tylosin in the water currently (they all had outburst of pox and a few had bacterial infections from the sores. Should I not do the tylosin?

What's her poop like?

Can you take a sample of her poop to your vet to see if worms and/or Coccidiosis are part of the problem?

This is this morning. And she has diarrhea looking poop EVERYWHERE as of this morning.

@Wyorp Rock I'm looking at the store I can't find that exact vitamin b, I see some with vitamin c or other things. Just curious if that makes a difference

Was able to find the vitamins and gave her a dose just now. Also here is the poop from today while at work.
