Ok ok, off to the farm I will go. My helper said nothing was going on yesterday but if we have any pips, zips or peeps when I get there you all will be the first to know

And...... nothing

Not a pip one. My incubator runs about a day late so I am not too worried about it yet. Normally I have pips by hatch day but I did not start the eggs until late in the day when I set them, so, will update later.

My six arrived, one caved in, definately burst, one cracked all over, won't try that one, and one with a dent, will cover with candle wax and hope. They were not well packed. Ah, well, they were for free, and I definately have three I can set. Will candle them tonight, see how bad the damage is.

EDITED: ON CLOSER INSPECTION, HAVE SET FIVE, ONLY THE ONE WITH A DENT NEEDED WAX, THE OTHER ONE WAS SIMPLY FILTHY DIRTY NOT CRACKED, YAY!!

I just found this thread today and wanted to say Congrat's on winning the bidding war and that I'm crossing my finger's for a great big hatch for ya! (oh and I subbed, can't wait to hear when they pip!)

So far nothing

Checking again later in the day. Hatcher is at 98.5 and near 70% humidity, should be ideal for them.
