chukar and budgies in an aviary??

Chukars are very aggressive birds I would not try it.Could you build another pen for the keets inside the chukars p

en?If you look at the first pen you can see an off ground pen that is 3'x6'x3".The ground pen is 6'x12'x8',and the off ground pen does not take away floor space.
