Chukar Newbie in Utah

I have 6 day old chukar partridges. I'm new to this and I'm here to figure out how to care for these birds.
We have 2 Llewelyn Setters, 6 years (Smokey) and 17 months (Cabela). We discovered chukar hunting this last winter and are "growing" our own birds to further their training in tracking and pointing etc...
