Chukar Partridge Question

what do poeple do with Chukar Partridge?

I am eagerly and impatiently waiting for the eggs I set yesterday to hatch.....

I hope to have enough for a decent small breding flock and the rest will be sold or eaten by us

I havent been able to eat any yet but I am going grouse and ptarmigan hunting next week and I think they would be about the same!

I was gonna say the same thing, but could not bring myself to do it. With your chukar they absorb more of your flavors of spices and marinades than your chickens do. I marinated my in a homemade salsa with honey, and my family loves it. It is kinda like chicken, but different. Depends on if they are wild or domestic raised. Thats my opinion.
