I am wanting to get some current input from ACV makers with this thread. I haven't changed anything with this batch. I am using peelings, cores & bruised spots (no wormy/ buggy spots) from homegrown "organic" golden variety apples that were only rinsed before peeling. I hope ACV enthusiasts will enjoy reading my post...and please let me know if you do things that I "just don't know about" when you make yours! Batch 2 with the first batch mother floating on top of the cider.
