Cinamon queens what are they ....??

    i thought i knew what the are .. but i cant find them on here .. are they a actual breed or a nickname .. for a diff breed .. ?? sorry if this sounds stupid ..... but they arent under the breed checker thing on here even ..

    my aunt has a flock of them .. (??) havent went out to see them yet

    do they go by other names .. ?

    can anyone help me out ?? lol

    I believe they are a form of production red (like golden comet, red sex link, Isa Browns, etc). Different hatcheries often call their production reds by propriatory names. If I'm correct in thinking they're sex-linked, then they are also a cross.

    I think that they are a cross between, rhode island reds with rhode island whites.

    Where I live a Cinnamon Queen is a cross between a Rhode Island Red rooster and a Silver Laced Wyandotte hen.
    Attractive looking hen, they can be colored sexed as a chick.

    Sometimes when you search on 'breeds', you only find pure bred chickens. Cinnamon Queens is a name for a hybrid.

    Sounds like you will be able to find info on them based on the posts above.
