So most of you know what cinder blocks are. People use them for back yard projects like building simple coops, or simple backyard tricks, including sometimes even as beehive stands.

Do you get the best weight allowance using them with the two square holes facing up, or by having the flat full complete no hole side facing up?
Growing up I see people mostly have the two holes facing up but I don't know if anyone's ever actually stated that they knew if that was better tor not.
