That link @N F C provided will help you a lot to explain the entire process. I incubate only silkies here, and they are the same as basically any other chicken; 99.5F for the entire incubation, 45% humidity, 70% at lockdown.
The only difference is I lockdown a day or two longer than the recommended 3-day lockdown. That's due to silkies can hatch earlier than 21 days. I've had one rare one on Day 18, and several on Day 19. Most though are Day 20/21.
