I have 6 chickens. 2 cinnamon queens 1 black sexling and 4 production reds. All are now 22 weeks and not one is laying yet. In fact only 2 even have their combs. They free range all day with plenty of access to water. I've tried keeping them locked up in the a.m. to make sure their not laying outside the coop. I thought cinnamon queens were supposed to lay earlier than other breeds? What am I doing wrong? Are they missing something? Shouldnt they at least have their combs/waddles? My moms and neighbors are two weeks younger and all theirs are laying. Feeling frustrated...
