Are the roosters of this breed aggressive?

My Cinnamon Queen rooster was very aggressive, up to the point that we had to rehome him.

I just went look at a flock that a man needs to get rid of. 14 total with 1 rooster. The whole flock has been pulling out there tail, back, and chest feathers. I don't want to mix those with the few I have left.
