she got this cutie in at the rehab center thingaling and took it home fantail for sure, but any special care on them or any other info about them? she'd like to know

the same care as any other pigeons... more restricted in flying ability, so if you have raptors then I guess free flying is out...

Thats a english fantail, best not to let it free flight.

Guess you are not going to breed them, if so feathers need trimmed.
