My 1 week old chick is acting sick. HELP!!

She keeps opening and closing her mouth as if she is having a hard time breathing almost as if she is heckup-ing. I checked the inside of her mouth, no obstruction.

ANY ideas what is wrong?? WHAT remedies might you have??

! Pleased you joined us! When your young chicks are fully feathered and a little bigger you can introduce the two groups through a fence or other barrier when the two sets have close visual access but not physical contact. After a few days of this getting-to-know-you period, put the newbies into the coop with the older ones at dark - they won't get picked on in the dark. At first light open the coop and monitor. There will be some natural pecking order squabbles but unless the the new ones are being beat up you should be good to go. If any are, repeat the process with the one(s) getting picked on.
