City folk raising chickens. Elkhart county, Indiana.

Welcome to BackYard Chickens, And a Big Hello from Eastern Nebraska! The Best of Luck with your Flock, If by chance you have any picture's you'd like to share we'd Love to see them!
By chance I do have pictures. I've been following BYC on Facebook for awhile now. One thing I've noticed is 9 out of 10 posts chicken problems, hen/roo, predators, illness, and mysteries. And that totally makes sense. This should be a place to go to for help. But to a stranger seeing the multitude of posts showing disheartening side of raising chickens, it may discourage them from joining the wonderful life parenting 2 day old chicks to adulthood.
When I post pictures, I hope they are of healthy, happy and beautiful chickens. Thank you for asking for pictures. And where would be the best place to post random pictures?

One idea is in this forum:

This would be your thread where you can post updates or whatever you want to. After a while, I found with mine, I need to sometimes remind people to come see the new chicks or whatever, so if you see fans on your first post, just tag them again. There are a couple of other places you could post them, but that's the one I was encouraged to use for my silkies and love it!
