City hens allowed in South Bend, IN

I just posted this on an old thread, but figured I 'd make a separate thread while I had the URL on my clipboard, a lot of folks were looking for guidelines, etc from cities that had passed legislation.I live in the next county, out of any city limits...I DARE my neighbors to complain!
