City Slicker new to farming

Hi

We recently moved to a hobby farm in Elginburg Ontario and started raising chickens last summer. All layers plus some ring neck pheasants.

Just hatched out my third batch and have 17 little chicks in the brooder.

Any helpful tips at raising birds is appreciated!
