My girl is not looking so good. For a week or two she has looked bloated and her head is hanging low. Sh seems lethargic but is still moving around the yard, eating and drinking the best she can but just seems ill. She is maybe 3 years old or so. Just looking for suggestions. If I can't save her I hope to get some advice for the future. I included a picture. She has always had deformed beak.

Check her crop early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything and see if it emptied.
Is her abdomen bloated? (under the vent in between the legs)
Have you checked you flock over for mites or lice?
When was the last time she laid an egg?
Her deformed beak is called "cross beak" or "scissor beak".

She has never been a good layer and has only laid a few times the entire time I've had her. All the other birds look good but I have not checked for mites or lice and since this is purely a hobby for me might not even know what to look for. I can check her abdomen and will do so now after reading up on this a little. The cross beak has never been an issue and she has always eaten a lot even though she has never really produced eggs. How she looks in the pic is exactly as far as hunched and bloated is exactly how she is walking around the yard.

To look for mites you'll want to look around the vent area. You'll see the mites crawling around and the eggs will be on the feathers, the eggs look like little clear balls.

Please do not take this the wrong way.
Chickens are meant to lay eggs.
The only time they are not laying eggs regularly is when they are molting, broody or very sick.

Since you mention the bloating it is highly likely that she has been laying eggs internally. At this point there may not be anything that can be done but you could take her to a vet and get her put on some antibiotics.

I agree, I'd look her over for lice/mites.

When you examine her, look for any bubbles of air under her skin or wounds.

Feel her abdomen below the vent between her legs.

If she's not laid but only a few times in her entire life, then she may have also had a problem with her reproductive system this whole time.
Do offer her supportive care - see that she's eating/drinking and give her some comfort while you determine your next course of action.
