Swollen ear lobe - what might it be?

My hen has a swollen ear lobe. It also looks like she also has some lumpy spots in her head too. She was a former roosters favourite hen so she lost a lot of head feathers from him. And I don’t think she has mites. The feather loss wasn’t a concern at first but now I’m wondering if it’s related to the swollen earlobe. She is breathing normally, not lethargic, eats and drinks great. So I don’t suspect respiratory. When I feel the earlobe it feels like it has a lump in there. Anyone know what I could be dealing with? I started her on antibiotics tonight to play it safe.

It may just be trauma from the rooster’s attention. I would watch her. Make sure that she is not being bullied and is getting enough food and water.
