ckicks just layen around,it that normal?

Yep, looks perfectly normal. They pretty much just pass out wherever the sleepies hit them.

The first time my wife seen are chicks do that. She asked if they were died. Then a couple minutes latter the chick gets up.

They look fine but I would lower the temp to 85-90 degrees. I start my chicks at 90 to 95 degrees the first week and decrease the temp 5 degrees per week thereafter until they are pretty well feathered out.

Yep, that's the fun of having babies! They just fall over and go to sleep or the funniest of all, fall asleep standing on their heads

I couldn't get over how they can fall asleep while running across the brooder. Just fall over like they died of a heart attack. LOL. Tap the brooder and they are back up and running. Good Luck and welcome to BYC

I have to agree, it looks pretty normal. They are babies. Cute little chicks, I must say.
