Clairol hair color question.. too red, what to do?

Nice color..it really does look natural!

I cant dye my hair because i'm a natural redhead...( I've tried before..it was a nightmare.. )
All i can do is get highlights to try to cover my grey...

I personally use the color that makes my hair appear grey and falling out!!! LOL!!
