CLB over splash maran?

I am a super newbie to chicken genetics.
Can someone tell me what the outcome of a CLB roo over a splash maran hen would be? Feather color etc?

Barred blue chicks.
May have some leakage when adults. Especially the males.

What does Some leakage mean- like other colors on feathers? (like the few black tips my buff orpington has?) . if thats what it means, what color? And would the barring be on male AND female? would it be 100% blue?

Yes all chicks both sexes will be barred. Yes all chicks will be blue.
Short simple explanation. The marans pattern is dominate to the CCL so chicks will have the marans pattern on top of the CCL. When doing that sometimes the underneath pattern shows through some in some places.
