Cleaning a used coop

We bought a used coop. I have cleaned all the poop out since we bought it and wasn't cleaned

Should I spray the inside with a bleach mixture to kill any germs from the previous birds? Any suggestions?

That’s exactly what I’d do. Make sure you get the bleach solution in the nooks and crannies and let it set several minutes, it takes a while for the bleach to do its job. If you let it air out well you probably don’t need to rinse it, it should evaporate.
