Cleaning after quarantine

I have two coop/runs. Right now I have a few sick chickens in the smaller run. I am getting new chicks in February. My question is. How long do the sick chickens need to be out of the run before it is safe to put pullets in? I want to make sure disease or whatever is wrong with the chickens doesn’t spread to the new chicks.

Exactly. Some diseases or parasites might be gone pretty quickly, some might last for years. What are they sick with?
