Cleaning FISH - Can the chickens have the remains??

My neighbor is cleaning lake perch and wants to know if the chickens can have the bones, skin, scales, heads and innards - basically all of the leftovers. Can I give this to my chickens? Will the scales and bones get caught in their throats? Please answer ASAP!!

I wouldn't give them the bones, but most everything else I've seen fed to my grandfather's chickens.
