How do you clean your feed and water dishes, and how often?

Waterers get the algae scrubbed off and refilled daily. I use a little bleach on the scrubber for stubborn spots. I'm not as fussy about the feeders since they never get wet. I do soak them in a bleach water solution for at least 15 minutes when they start looking grungy, then scrub out any solids. Mine are all plastic.

I squirt them daily with brown vinegar I have in a squirt bottle down by the coop, then I also squirt vinegar in the fresh water to add a bit of vinegar which aids in digestion...
