How do you clean out thier posted page

Are you talking about PM's or thread posts?

For PM's there is a delete button, check the PM you want to delete then hit the button.

For thread posts, you can't delete them.

Do they just drop off with time?

no, they disappear if the thread is deleted and they only do that if it's a violation or a long long game thread

you can search years back , very helpful,
