Cleaning Seramas

I want to clean my Seramas but it’s cold outside how can I do it so they won’t freeze one needs a bath so bad she’s all crusty and stuff can anybody help me?

Bring her in, bathe her, don't put her back out until completely dry.

her feathers are crusty with wet feed and poop most likely cause ive been avoiding it it’s just annoying I just don’t wanna get them to freeze it also looks bad and seems to kinda affect her a little bit

There should be no reason a chicken needs a bath. Especially in winter. There also shouldn't be a reason she is crusty if she is healthy and has a proper environment to live in.

Probably best to take pics of the "crust" and start a thread in the health forum.

Could you provide a picture of the coop (inside and out) and run your seramas live in?

Depending on the weather where you live and the amount of chickens, they might need their coops and nest boxes cleaned more often and thicker layers of fresh bedding.

Have you addressed your cage situation and improved their living situation? Last post it seemed they were very over crowded in a small cage.

Yea I have a bigger cage for 2 pairs and for the 2 more I’m gonna either buy a pre fab or build one I also got a pair of 3 month old show quality and had 6 chicks hatch
