Cleaning your brooder (AKA Kennal)

I have my 3 chicks in a large kennel. I am really picky about it being clean and have been cleaning it about every other day. I have a slide out tray and I have been washing it as well when I remove the shavings. Do you all wash out the bottom or just scrape the poo and and more litter to the bottom? Wondering if I NEED to deep clean the kennel every other day or just change litter and deep clean once a week? Suggestions?

I would say just deep clean it once a week, that's what we would do. Deep clean once a week with watered down vinegar spray.
