Our RIR hen is not doing well. I recently asked for advice on her discolored comb and lathargic behavior. She is still eating regular but has now developed a clear diahrea wich smells really bad. (But what poop doesn't). We are worming as suggested with Warzin and also applied powder fro the mites/Lice. Any further advice. The other two chickens are fine and show now similar signs

Definitely a probiotic. You can get some at the feed store, or the kind meant for people from the drug store or WalMart. In a pinch, a little live culture yogurt is OK but I wouldn't give this often as they can't digest milk protein. When people have diarrhea, they lose electrolytes, so adding this would be good, too, maybe a little gatorade in the water, or you can get an electrolyte solution at the feed store, but stop using it if she starts pooping normally and is eating. Also, some extra nutrition, a little scrambled egg would be good. If she's not eating well, and you know of some treat she likes, any kind of food is better than none.

I hope your girl recovers.
