1 year old, female, East Indies Duck, is starting to feel lighter/thinner than sister. She seems to have an upper respiratory infection. Her eyes started with foam, but have progressed to a clear discharge, which seems to hardened around eyes. She doesn’t seem to be eating, still drinking throughout the day. Not sure what her poop looks like.
I have been caving her at night to keep my large male away from her. And caging him during the night to give her some freedom. My other females haven’t shown any symptoms.
I have been rinsing her eyes with saline and administering drops of Polysporn Eye drops a few times a day.

I am looking for help in curing it at home, vet will be a last resort if possible. I don’t know how to remove the hardened clear discharge. Can I use Veterycin spray? Pictures included. Bedding has become stuck in the hardened discharge.
