We picked up three Silver Laced Wyandottes and a Buff Plymoth Rock pullet a few weeks back from the same place . So far they've been very healthy and happy birds . Today we noticed the three wyandottes have some clear watery nasal discharge . No other symptoms . Eating and drinking as usual , active and appear to be in excellent health otherwise . Eyes look normal and healthy . They don't sound rattly or anything just have a bit of clear discharge .

Non of the other chickens have it just the three wyandottes .

What could this be caused by ? Should I be concerned ?

Did you quarantine the new brids before integrating them in your flock? I'd suggest some kind of respiratory infection. Hoping one of the more experienced folks should come along...

Sounds like they could just have a cold, if no other symptons are showing. I put beechams powders in my drinkers, for a couple of days, this usually sorts the problem out.
