#1 is most definitely a majesty Maran, should be pullet. 
It is the fluffiest little thing. You can see in the pictures but its tail still looks like a fluffy little chick. No mature feathers in sight. She's has very fancy feathers.
#2 is much smaller than #1. No fancy feathers no feathered legs. Just a variation of a majesty Maran? Also should be a pullet.
