Clicking sound when breathing

One of my ducklings has a clicking sound when she breaths. It goes away when her head is tilted down so what should I do?

I’ve noticed when chicks and ducklings hatch, they always have a clicking sound in their breathing, I assume it’s the fluid in the egg and they aspirate it by accident. It normally goes away though, unless your duckling continues the clicking in a week or so, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Plus ducks love water so much, so who knows!
