Clingy rooster

Anyone have a really clingy rooster,he will peck u if u stop stroking him and if I try to rub the other one he gets jealous and jumps on my laptop.....is this normal ...not that I mind really coz I love his little personality.

I think he's adorable. None of my roosters has ever shown any interest in being my friend. But, I can see where it MIGHT become a problem. Maybe. Maybe not.
