I just clipped my parrot/cross-beaked chick and clipped too close. Can't get stypic powder to stick. What now??

Cornstarch works in place of stypic powder.
I'm sorry, I misread what you posted. i thought I read that you couldn't get stypic powder at all. My apologies!
