Clipping a ducks wings?

I always clip my ducks wings but, I have seen some people do not so their ducks can get away from predators. And I have had some experiences with predators. I also wouldn't them want to fly away and be gone forever. What do you guys think about clipping wings?

I don't keep any ducks that can fly, so I've never had a need to clip any wings. I'm am interested in the topic however, so subscribing.

I use a clipping technique that allows them to still be able to fly but they get no lift.

That's the exact clipping method I use for my duck!

yeah they can fly down hills with that wing clipping.

they can still run away, so I would clip.
