Clipping wings pros/cons???

Just curious what some different opinions are. Clipping one wing vs. both...

We live in a city... with a brand new ordinance, don't want the girls to jump out and get hurt or break any rules

Clipping just one makes it more difficult for them to fly. However, depending on the breed and size, they will still be able to fly some.

clipping just one bad , bird still fly a little ,but with no control . They may harm themself...No matter what type bird I alway clip both wings, with most i leave the two outside flights . that way the bird looks normal with their wing flight showing.....
