clipping wings

ok i have 2 oegb that live in a rabbit hutch & was let out to free range in the fenced back yard ...well they learned to fly over the fence & go pick a fight with my bantam cochin roo thru his fence & lets just say when i got home they had some blood on their combs .. do i cut both wings or just one & how much do i cut? they would realllly like to come out of their cage

Here is the BYC wing clipping link. Just clip one wing. That way the bird will be off balance.

Cut them as short as possible without hitting flesh. I have been clipping some of ours twice a day as they keep getting out.
